Our cards are made from durable, recyclable, and eco-friendly foamexboard. Unlike some competitors who use printed stickers that shrink over time or when exposed to sunlight, we print directly onto the board. This ensures long-lasting quality and a vibrant finish that won’t fade, making our cards perfect for display anywhere!

Once your order is submitted, production typically takes 3-5 business days, with an option for Super Fast Track production of 1-3 days. After production, shipping times vary based on the service selected: Free Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 days, Express UK delivery takes 1-2 days, and Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees next-day arrival. Please note that production and shipping times are separate, and delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

If there's a problem with your order, such as receiving the wrong card or a delay, please contact our support team via email or messenger for a quick resolution. If your order hasn't shipped within 7-10 business days, check your emails (including spam) for any updates from us. Common delays may be due to poor image quality or missing information on your card. Our Damage Protection covers any damage during transit, manufacturing defects, or wear and tear, ensuring a free replacement. However, this doesn't cover intentional misuse or mishandling.
